Inform the public about the 2nd phase of the government's 2026 Digital Learning Promotion Activities – the promotional material and poster for the event "New Horizons in Online Learning, Endless Fun in Digital Exploration".

| I. | The government has always provided employee education and training through diverse methods such as in-person, digital, or remote learning, depending on the curriculum needs. To assist various agencies in promoting their policies, overcome the time and space limitations of in-person training, and continue to foster a culture of diverse digital learning, thereby realizing the concept of uninterrupted learning, we have selected 14 courses, including "Mastering AI: A Public Servant's Survival Guide to Understanding AI Risks," on the "e-Government Park+ Learning Platform" for colleagues to choose from. |
| II. | To increase the selection rate of the aforementioned courses, we are organizing the promotional activity as described below: |
| (I) | Activity Description: During the activity period, search for the activity name on the "e-Government Park+ Learning Platform" to batch select the bundled courses for easy access. Completing one course earns one lucky draw opportunity. A total of 84 winners will be selected (6 winners per course), with each winner receiving a NT$1,000 PX Mart gift certificate (no duplicate prizes). Furthermore, those who complete all courses and obtain certification will be entered into a separate draw for 20 winners, each receiving either a box of steam eye masks (10 winners) or a stress-relief nap pillow (10 winners). |
| (II) | Participants: Personnel from the government and its affiliated agencies and schools (including contract employees and appointed personnel). |
| (III) | Activity Period: From July 20, 115 (Monday) to December 1, 115 (Tuesday). |
| (IV) | Lucky Draw Method: A public lucky draw will be held on December 7, 115 (Monday). The list of winners will be announced on the website of the Personnel Department of this government on December 14 (Monday) of the same month. Winners must claim their prizes by December 31 (Thursday) of the same month. |
| (V) | Notes: Any of the 14 courses that have already been selected and certified before the start of the 115 activity will be considered as completed within the activity period. |
