II. Objectives of the Plan

IV. Period of Implementation:

V. Implementation Methods:

1. Selection 대상 and Conditions

        This event is divided into three categories for selection. The selection categories areEQ, MQ, AQand other three categories of3QTalent story selection. Students who can demonstrate these qualities and are worthy of commendation can be recommended, with at most one student per class per category, and those who have won awards will not participate in the same category again, in order to discover more exemplary students. 1.EQ( Emotional Quotient ) Emotional Quotient Talent: Possesses good emotional management skills, motivates oneself to persevere through setbacks, can empathize with others, has good communication and interpersonal skills, overcomes difficulties, positively influences others, and has concrete evidence.

2.MQ( Moral Quotient ) Moral Quotient Talent: Possesses good moral character, politeness, consideration, respect, forgiveness, loyalty, honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and other good sentiments and virtues, and can practice them with concrete evidence.

3.AQ( Adversity Quotient ) Adversity Quotient Talent: Possesses good resilience to frustration, can face adversity with flexibility, is positive and optimistic, accepts challenging difficulties, uses creativity to find solutions, is tenacious, perseveres through setbacks, and performs excellently with concrete evidence.

4.Taoyuan City3QTalent Story Selection Weighting Explanation: Content of outstanding deeds80%, relevant supporting materials15%, special status categories5%.

[Note: Special status students include low-income students, middle-low-income students, indigenous students, students from families with special circumstances --students who meet the criteria for family assistance for special circumstances as defined by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, students with disabilities, and students whose parents have moderate or severe disabilities. 2. Class preliminary selection method: Students in each class recommend or nominate suitable candidates themselves, and after class voting, recommend at most one person per category to participate in the school re-selection.

3. School re-selection method: The principal and directors of each office will conduct the selection. Among the nominated candidates in each category, the top three in each category will be voted for, and the top three students in total votes for each category will represent our school in the city-wide3QTalent Story Selection Activity final selection.

2. School re-selection award: First, second, and third place receive commendations twice.

3. City-wide final selection award:

Notes:

1. The application requires the submission of the "Application Form" and the "Outstanding Deeds Recommendation Form" for the applied category in electronic format.

2. Please include a digital photo of the nominated student in the application form, with a resolution of1280*960or higher (or a pasted6inch x4inch photo). The outstanding deeds form should be typed in Chinese usingWordsoftware, with the page set toA4vertical format, margins (top, bottom, left, and right all2 cm), inner text in14pt KaiTi font, punctuation in full-width characters, and line spacing set to a fixed height of22pt.

3. The content of outstanding deeds should primarily focus on deeds that meet the selection criteria within the last three years. It should be described in detail through self-narration or teacher recommendation, with a word limit of2,000words, and relevant supporting materials can be attached.
