New Student Registration and Testing ProcessConsists of two steps to complete the relevant procedures:
Step 1: Online Registration
From April 20th (Monday) to April 25th (Saturday) before 12:00 AM, please access the city's new student registration system (for operation instructions, please refer to Attachment 3) to complete the registration procedures.
The account is the student's ID number; the password is the birth year, month, and day in numbers, totaling 8 digits.

Step 2: Physical Submission of Documents and Testing
On April 26th (Sunday) from 8:30 AM, please come to our school to submit new student-related documents and participate in the regular class placement test on the same day. Please arrive on time.
Time: 8:30 AM
Location: Heping Building
(Please report to the designated classroom according to the new student registration notice [Note]; if you have not received the notice, please go to the temporary registration desk for assistance. Please refer to Attachment 7 for the new student registration location map.)

Items to Bring:
(1) Photocopy of the household registration book for the school district
(2) Attachment 4: Explanation and Survey of Native Language and New Immigrant Language Elective Courses (Parental signature required)
(3) Attachment 5: New Student Basic Information Form (Parental signature required)
(4) Bring testing supplies (2B pencil, eraser)

Process:
(1) 8:30-8:50 New student registration and document submission
(2) 9:00-9:40 Elementary school Chinese and English testing (During the student testing time from 9:00 to 10:30, parents are requested to wait in the conference room on the 3rd floor of the Ren'ai Building)
(3) 9:50-10:30 Elementary school Mathematics testing
(4) 10:30~ Dismissal

Other Notes:
(1) New student registration notices are expected to be sent to elementary schools starting March 24, 115. Please have the elementary school registration office assist in forwarding them.

(2) Students admitted to the school's sports, art, or special education classes are exempt from online registration. Please follow the date for physical registration as notified in the admission guidelines or by the responsible section chief.

(3) If you wish to transfer to another school due to personal reasons, please fill out the admission waiver reply form (Attachment 1) in the new student registration notice and submit it in person, by mail, or by fax (03-3326107) to the school's Academic Affairs Office by May 29th. Otherwise, the student will be reported to the enrollment system as a non-enrolled student.

(4) For low-income or middle-income households, please submit the original proof of eligibility during registration.

(5) School district: Wenhua Village, Wenchang Village, Wenming Village, Zhongxing Village, Yongxing Village, Guangxing Village, Ximen Village, Xihu Village, Changmei Village, Nanhua Village, Zhongcheng Village (13-19), Zhonghe Village (1-4, 6, 8, 10), Yushan Village (1, 4-24, 26), Yongan Village (1-7, 10-12, 14-16, 20-26), Wuling (4 [west of Minzu Bridge]), Nanmen Village (10-19, 21-22, 24-27), Taishan Village (2-18, 20), Zhongzheng Village (1-6, 14, 24-26 neighborhoods)

(6) Our school will conduct the 115 academic year new student regular class placement and homeroom assignment in July 115. New student parents are welcome to attend. If you are unable to attend, the list will be posted on the school website: www.tyjh.tyc.edu.tw for your inquiry.

(7) On August 15th (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, our school will provide school uniform fitting and purchase services. Cash payment will be required on-site for the uniforms (approximately NT$4,500). Parents who wish to purchase uniforms can do so during the specified time.

(8) Those who have "passed" the preliminary selection for various gifted programs in the 115 academic year should fill out the form below and upload the preliminary selection passing notice between April 1st and April 22nd. Parents are kindly requested to assist in filling out this form to facilitate subsequent event announcements and administrative work. Thank you for your cooperation. If the testing on 4/26 conflicts with the English gifted re-examination, please indicate in the above form (Gifted New Student Survey Form) whether you will participate in the make-up test on Friday, May 1st at 8:20 AM.
