To inform you about the adjustment of the regulations for claiming vacation subsidies for personnel of agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government who are subject to the Labor Standards Act and receive the National Tourism Card, effective January 1, 2020.

轉知有關桃園市政府所屬機關學校適用勞動基準法且領有國民旅遊卡人員，休假補助費請領規範調整，並自109年1月1日起實施一案(詳如附件)。
說明：
查108年10月1日修正發布之公務人員請假規則，將公務人
員每年強制休假日數，改由總統府、國家安全會議及五院
定之，嗣經行政院配合上開規定修正「行政院與所屬中央
及地方各機關公務人員休假改進措施」，109年1月1日起
公務人員強制休假日數由14日調整為10日，且持國民旅遊卡
刷卡消費日不限於休假日，並修正工友（含技工、駕駛）國
旅卡休假補助費與逾10日以外之國內休假，於年終累計未達
1日之時數按比例支給休假補助費等規定。
