I. Plan Basis

1.Ministry of Education 111 "Friendly Campus" Student Affairs and Counseling Work Plan.

II. Plan Objectives

1. Promote the 3Q spirit and recognize a positive, healthy, and harmonious life attitude.

2. Explore the meaning of life, understand its significance, and learn to appreciate the richness and value of life.

3. Sharelife experiences,develop life potential, and create a friendly campus that cherishes life.

III. Organizing Units

1. Organizer: Counseling Office

2. Co-organizers: Academic Affairs Office, Student Affairs Office, General Affairs Office

IV. Period of Implementation:

1.Class preliminary selection: Each class may nominate up to one student per category. Submit the electronic file of the nominated student's outstanding deeds byOctober 14 (Friday) 23:59to tyjh0401@gm.tyjh.tyc.edu.tw. After submission, please confirm with the Counseling Office during office hours.(as attached).

2. School re-selection: Re-selection will be conducted by October 21.

3. City-wide final selection: By October 28, recommend one 3Q Master representative per category to participate in the city-wide final selection.

V. Implementation Methods:

1. Selection 대상 and Conditions

        This activity will be divided into three categories for selection: EQ, MQ, and AQ 3Q Master story selection. Students who demonstrate any of these qualities and are worthy of recognition,may have up to one student per class per category nominatedto participate. The selection 대상 and conditions are as follows:

1.EQ(EmotionalQuotient)Emotional IntelligenceMaster: Possesses good emotional management skills, motivates oneself to persevere through setbacks, is considerate of others, has good communication and interpersonal skills, overcomes difficulties, positively influences others, andhas concrete evidence.

2. MQ(MoralQuotient)）Moral IntelligenceMaster: Possesses good moral character, and demonstratespoliteness, consideration, respect, forgiveness, loyalty, honesty,responsibility,cooperation, and other good virtues, with concrete evidence of practice.

3.AQ(Adversity Quotient)Adversity Quotient Master: Possesses good resilience to frustration, can face adversity with flexibility, is positive and optimistic, accepts challenging difficulties, uses creativity to find solutions, is persistent, perseveres through setbacks, and demonstrates excellence with concrete evidence..

2. Class preliminary selection method: Students in each class will recommend or nominate suitable candidates. After a class vote, up to one student per category will be recommended to participate in the school re-selection.

3. School re-selection method: The principal will appoint a selection committee to evaluate the nominated candidates. The top three students in each category will be selected by vote, and the first-place student in each category will represent the school in the city-wide 3Q Master Story Selection activity.

VI. Awards (on a non-duplicative basis):no duplicate awards1. Class preliminary selection award: Commendation once.

2. School re-selection award: Commendation twice for the top three places.

Certificate of Merit: The nominatedclass advisor and studentwill receive a certificate of merit and attend thepublic award ceremony and experience sharingactivity at Zhongzhen Elementary School.2.

Prize money: 1st place: NT$1800 gift voucher. 2nd place: NT$1500 gift voucher. 3rd place: NT$1000 gift voucher.Notes:
