| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Environmental Protection Bureau of this Government, No. 1130018205, dated March 7, 113. |
| II. | The park is located in Guangfu Township, Hualien County (within Hualien Tourist Sugar Factory), a major transportation route between Taitung and Hualien. It is only about a 15-minute walk from Guangfu Railway Station. By car, take Provincial Highway 9, turn east at the 7-11 convenience store at kilometer 236.5 to enter the park, or take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Bus Route 303C (Rift Valley Line) to reach it. It is open all year round, with free admission and no parking or entrance fees. |
| III. | The aforementioned Environmental Education Center is a certified venue for environmental education facilities. The venue has a 3-star Japanese-style hotel certified by the Tourism Administration (Taisugar Hualien Hotel) and is a partner store for the National Tourism Card. It offers accommodation, dining, conferences, leisure, and environmental education learning services. |
