1.Please bring your National Health Insurance card on the vaccination day.!!

2.If you are unable to get vaccinated at school on10/21for any reason,a notice for make-up influenza vaccination will be issued within3days after the school's vaccination day. Please bring the make-up vaccination noticeto the designated health center(no registration fee)or contracted clinic for vaccination. You will be responsible for any related medical expenses.

4.The "publicly funded influenza vaccines" administered to students are distributed by the Health Bureau to the health centers. You cannot choose the brand or model.
