(For your information) Regarding the selection and commendation of the 115th Integrity Model of this government

| I. | This is handled in accordance with the "Taoyuan City Government Integrity Model Selection and Commendation Implementation Guidelines" (hereinafter referred to as these Guidelines). |
| II. | Please proceed with the aforementioned selection and recommendation work in accordance with these Guidelines. The key points are as follows: |
| (I) | To boost employee morale and promote clean governance, our city government selects integrity models every two years, targeting employees of the city government and its affiliated agencies and schools. For selection qualifications, please refer to the items listed in Article 3 of these Guidelines: |
| 1. | Refusal of Gifts: Refuses bribes, gifts, or improper benefits in their supervised or managed affairs, serving as a model of integrity and honesty. |
| 2. | Assistance in Anti-Corruption Efforts: Proactively reports or provides information that leads to the discovery of corruption cases or promotes administrative anti-corruption effectiveness, making significant contributions to enhancing the image of the agency and protecting the rights of the people. |
| 3. | Preventing Corruption and Saving Public Funds: Proposes concrete measures to prevent corruption in business operations that are adopted by the agency, or effectively prevents corruption and fraud or saves significant public funds through the execution and supervision of procurement and construction projects, demonstrating significant achievements. |
| 4. | Rectifying Political Climate: Assists in planning, promoting, and implementing work to rectify the political climate, with significant innovative ideas that have been approved by superiors. |
| 5. | Other Integrity Deeds: Other deeds related to maintaining the integrity and clean governance of our city government, which serve as models of integrity and influence the political climate. |
| (II) | Selection Method: |
| 1. | Please have each agency recommend individuals with integrity deeds between June 2024 and June 2026 by August 12, 2026 (Wednesday), in accordance with the aforementioned conditions. Please also have the Human Resources and Integrity units assist in reviewing whether the recommended individuals have any disqualifying circumstances as listed in Article 4 of these Guidelines. Complete the "2026 Taoyuan City Government Integrity Model Recommendation Form" (Attachment 1), the "2026 Taoyuan City Government Integrity Model Qualification Review Form" (Attachment 2), and attach relevant supporting documents. Submit these to the Integrity Office of the City Government. Please also send the electronic files of the above attachments to the designated email address (10022702@mail.tycg.gov.tw) to facilitate the subsequent review process. |
| 2. | The affiliated agencies and schools of the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Education, Police Department, Department of Health, Department of Civil Affairs, Department of Land Administration, and Department of Cultural Affairs shall be centrally nominated by their respective first-level agencies. |
| III. | Attached are one copy each of the "2026 Taoyuan City Government Integrity Model Recommendation Form" and the "2026 Taoyuan City Government Integrity Model Qualification Review Form." |
