| I. | The government has always provided employee education and training in diverse formats, including in-person, digital, or remote, depending on the curriculum needs. To assist various agencies in promoting their business policies, overcome the time and space limitations of in-person training, and continue to promote a culture of diverse digital learning, thereby realizing the concept of uninterrupted learning, we have selected 14 courses, including "Mastering AI: A Survival Guide for Public Servants Understanding 'AI Risks'," on the "e-Government Park+ Learning Platform" for colleagues to choose from. |
| II. | To increase the selection rate of the aforementioned courses, the promotional activity mentioned in the subject is hereby organized, as follows: |
| (I) | Activity Description: During the activity period, search for the activity name mentioned in the subject on the "e-Government Park+ Learning Platform" to batch select the bundled courses for easy reading. Completing one course will earn one lucky draw opportunity. A total of 84 winners will be selected (6 winners per course), with each winner receiving a NT$1,000 FamilyMart gift certificate (no duplicate prizes). Furthermore, those who complete all courses and obtain certification will be entered into a separate draw for 20 winners, each receiving a steam eye mask (10 winners) or a stress-relief nap pillow (10 winners). |
| (II) | Participants: Personnel from the government and its affiliated agencies and schools (including contract employees and appointed personnel). |
| (III) | Activity Period: From July 20, 115 (Monday) to December 1, 115 (Tuesday). |
| (IV) | Lucky Draw Method: A public lucky draw will be held on December 7, 115 (Monday). The list of winners will be announced on the website of the Personnel Department of this government on December 14 (Monday) of the same month. Winners must claim their prizes by December 31 (Thursday) of the same month. |
| (V) | Notes: Any of the 14 courses that have already been selected and certified before the start of the 115 activity will be considered as completed within the activity period. |
