V. Implementation Methods:

1. Selection targets and conditions

        This activity is divided into three categories for selection. The selection categories areEQ, MQ, and AQthree categories of3QMaster story selection. Students who can demonstrate these qualities and are worthy of commendation can be recommended, with at most one student per class per category, and those who have won awards will not participate in the same category again, in order to discover more exemplary students. Master Story Selection Weighting: Outstanding deeds content80%, relevant supporting materials15%, special status category5%.[Note: Special status students include low-income students, middle-low-income students, indigenous students, students from families with special circumstances -students who meet the criteria for special circumstances family assistance from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, students with disabilities, and students whose parents have moderate or severe disabilities.
